Our company's main activity is the construction and assembly of steel structures from the simple to the complex.
The fabrication of the steel structure is in the production plant that is located in Caransebes DN 3.4, factory covers an area of 1 hectare and has a number of 100 employees.
Items of steel structures are made with technical and quality standards in effect and those required / imposed by the designer and client with highly qualified staff and equipment of last generation. The company maintains an integrated management system for Quality Environment, Health and Safety for Construction Steel Fabrication and Assembly approved by TÜV CERT Austria. The company has also approved welding procedures and welders certified by TÜV CERT Austria.
Caransebes factory is equipped with automatic sandblast machine, CNC oxy-gas cutting machine, lathes, universal milling machines, hydraulic presses, bending sheet steel, hydraulic cutters, MIG-MAG welding machines of high productivity, cutting saw , semi-automatic welding/cutting systems, four cranes, airless paint equipments.
Executive staff has extensive experience in the production and errecting of steel structures and is in constant assimilation of technologies and current information.
Factory production in Caransebes is in continuous development both in terms of re-engineering with the latest facilities and equipment and the production capacity, amounting to a yield of 600 t of steel structures per month (depending on the complexity and technical requirements).
